Zopo today launched two new smartphones in India, the Flash X1, and Flash X2 with a bezel-less display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Both these devices have been launched in the budget segment. The Zopo Flash X1 and Flash X2 have been priced at Rs. 6,999 and Rs. 8,999 respectively. These devices will be made available for sale in October. The company has said that they are still looking for an online exclusive partner in India to sell the smartphones. The USP of these devices is the near bezel-less display that both the devices sport. The Zopo Flash X1 sports a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 640×1280 pixels, and the flash X2 sports a 5.99-inch display with a resolution of 720×1440 pixels.
As for the specifications of the Zopo Flash X1, It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It comes with 2GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. As for the camera, it sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with the Sony IMX219 image sensor, on the front, it sports a 5-megapixel selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2. It will be available in three colour variants – Coral Blue, Alien Black, and Citrine Gold.
As for the Zopo Flash X2, It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MT6737T processor clocked at 1.5GHz. It comes with 2GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. As for the camera, it sports the similar camera units seen on the Flash X1. It is backed by a 3,380mAh battery and will be available in Coral Blue, Alien Black, and Citrine Gold colour variants.
