Xiaomi has launched its most affordable smartphone, the Redmi 4A yesterday. The Amazon exclusive smartphone will be available for the Indian consumers from March 23. The Chinese tech company along with e-retail site Amazon India have now announced a ‘special bundled’ data offer on Idea cellular.
The offer is essentially available for the Idea prepaid users who will buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4A handset from Amazon India. The users will get 28GB of 4G data and 28 days validity with the recharge pack of Rs. 343. The internet usage consumption on this data plan will limit up to 1GB per day. The Redmi 4A consumers will also get 300 minutes free calls every day and 3,000 local+STD SMS per month. The offer will expire on June 30, 2017.
Additionally, the new Xiaomi Redmi 4A bundles some other lucrative offers as well. The purchasers will get Rs. 200 promotional credit for the Kindle Store and a discount of Rs. 50 on official Mi cases. However, the Kindle Store credit will be offered to the first 1,00,000 purchasers who buy the Redmi 4A smartphone.
The Redmi 4A features a 5-inch display with 1280×720 resolution. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It has an in-built storage of 16GB which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. The Redmi 4A gets a 23-megapixel camera on the rear panel and a 5-megapixel sensor on the front. The phone comes with 4G and VoLTE support and packs 3120mAh battery. The hybrid dual-SIM Redmi 4A runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI 8 skin on top. The ‘cheap version’ of the Redmi 4 comes at a price of Rs. 5,999 and will be available in Dark Grey, Gold and Rose Gold variant.
