Xiaomi recently launched their flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 6 in China. Initially, the device came in two storage variants – 64GB and 128 GB both of which were paired with 6GB of RAM. Today, a 4GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage showed up on TENAA. It is being reported that the device is currently under development and is expected to launch on November 11. This new variant as per the listing except for having 4GB of RAM doesn’t have any other changes in the specifications. As for the pricing, the 4GB RAM variant of the Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to be priced at RMB 2,299 (Roughly Rs. 22,600). Interestingly, the company did not bring the Mi 6 to India, however, with this variant, there might be some hope.
As for specifications, the Xiaomi Mi 6 sports a 5.15-inch display. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM. It is currently available in two storage options – 64GB and 128GB. It runs on Google’s Android Nougat operating system with MIUI 8 on top of it, it is backed by a 3,350mAh non-removable battery.
As for the camera, the Xiaomi Mi 6 comes with a dual camera setup on the rear which includes two 12-megapixel camera sensors out of which one is a wide angle lens and the other is a telephoto lens. This camera setup allows users to take images in the 2X Zoom mode. On the front, the Mi 6 features an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
