Sony is all set to introduce this year’s flagship Sony Xperia XZ1 in India next week. The company has started rolling out press invites for the launch event scheduled for September 25 in New Delhi. Sony Xperia XZ1 first unveiled during the recent IFA 2017 tradeshow in Berlin along with Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact and Sony XA1 Plus. Some of the new features of Sony Xperia XZ1 include 3D scanning mode. It scans through objects to generate 3D image sends them directly to a 3D printer or social media websites.

As for specifications of Sony Xperia XZ1, it sports a 5.2-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass Glass protection. In terms of design, it flaunts a slim, metal chassis with glass on the front. It runs on Qualcomm’s top of the line Snapdragon 835 processor, Adreno 540 GPU for graphics, and 4GB of RAM. It offers 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via microSD.

As far as photography is concerned, Sony Xperia XZ1 houses a 19MP Exmor RS sensor offering slow-mo video recording at 940fps in addition to 4K video recording. Up front, it houses a 13MP selfie shooter with a wide-angle lens and f/2.0 aperture. The phone packs a 2,700mAh battery under the hood that comes with Qnovo adaptive charging and support for Quick Charge 3.0,
