Samsung Galaxy J7+ has been announced in Thailand with dual rear cameras much like leaked in the past. With the launch of the J7+, Samsung expanded the lineup of its J7-series smartphones, which currently consists of the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) and the Galaxy J7 Pro. Available in multiple pink, gold, and black colour options, the Samsung Galaxy J7 comes at the price of 12,900 Thai Baht, which roughly converts at Rs 24,850.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy J7+ sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) Super AMOLED screen, featuring 401 ppi pixel density and 2.5D curved glass. Design-wise, the phone flaunts a full metal body, measuring 7.9mm in thickness. Powering the device is an octa-core SoC. Although the company hasn’t mentioned details with regards to its exact chipset, reports suggest that it’s powered by a MediaTek Helio P20 processor. Furthermore, the Galaxy J7+ contains 4GB of RAM unlike the J7 (2017) and the J7 Pro, and a reasonable 32GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
On the camera front, the Samsung Galaxy J7+ houses dual lenses (13MP + 5MP) on the rear. Up front, on the other hand, features a 16MP secondary shooter for selfies and video calls. The J7+, unlike its siblings, pack a lesser 3,000mAh battery under the hood, which is likely to be attributed to its overall design. It remains to be seen how well the battery performs in conjunction with phone’s always-on display. It has a front-mounted fingerprint scanner which embedded in the home button. Additionally, it also comes with Bixby Home app pre-installed on the device.
The Samsung Galaxy J7+ is a dual-SIM phone which supports all 2G, 3G, and 4G network bands. The phone supports multi-window feature, face detection security, and secure folder.
