Samsung’s smartphone from the ‘C’ series, the Galaxy C9 Pro has got a price cut of Rs. 5000. The smartphone was launched in India earlier this year with a price tag of Rs. 36,900.
The price for the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has been slashed and it now retails at Rs. 31, 900. Customers can purchase the smartphone from Samsung’s official online store or via e-retail sites Flipkart, Amazon India as well at the new price.
To recall, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro was officially introduced in China back in October last year. The phone features a phablet size 6-inch full HD super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor (4×1.95GHz + 4×1.4GHz) paired with Adreno 510 GPU. The device carries 6GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.
The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. It has a battery backup of 4000mAh and supports fast charging technology. The sleek phone from the ‘C’ series boast a metal unibody design. The fingerprint sensor is embedded on the home button.
As for the optics, the smartphone sports 16-megapixel sensor with f/1.9 aperture and dual LED flash. The camera app offers a bunch of features- Food mode, HDR, Panorama, Voice Control, Beauty, Face detection etc. At front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture and feature Wide selfie, voice control, gesture and face detection.
The dual-SIM Galaxy C9 Pro offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C under its connectivity suite. Sensors on board include- Accelerometer, Geomagnetic sensor, Proximity sensor, RGB Light sensor, and Gyro sensor. The phone is available in two colour options- Gold and Black.
