Samsung has launched the Galaxy C7 Pro in India now. The smartphone was first launched in China earlier this year in January. To recall, Samsung also launched another C series smartphone in India this year – the Galaxy C9 Pro, and it features 6-inch display, 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage.
About the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, it features a 5.7-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display which is an Always-on display. It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 626 processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The internal storage on the device is 64GB, and includes expandable microSD card slot (up to 256GB).
The C7 Pro is the successor to Galaxy C7 from last year and carries forward similar design language from it. The fingerprint sensor sits on the home button, which is a physical clickable key. About the cameras, it boasts of same 16-megapixel camera with f/1.9 aperture on rear and front as well, which can capture up to 1080p videos at 30fps.
Unlike the C9 Pro, the C7 Pro features a smaller 3300mAh battery with USB Type-C for charging port instead of 4000mAh. Additionally, it supports Samsung’s recently introduced payment system in India ‘Samsung Pay’.
Pricing and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro comes in dual hybrid SIM variant in India. The handset will be made avaialble in two colour options Navy Blue and Gold. It is priced at Rs. 27,990 and will be available exclusively on Amazon India in an open sale from April 11.
