Rapoo, the gaming accessories company today unveiled its VH150 Backlit Gaming Headset under its VPRO lineup of products. VPRO line of products was recently introduced by the company in India and it caters to gamers looking for a good gaming experience on a budget.

The Rapoo VPRO VH150 Gaming Headset looks very striking with the Cool Blue light, and is also easy on the eyes. If you don’t like the LED light, you can switch it off. It features various different modes for different types of games. Additionally, Rapoo also provides a detachable microphone along with the headphones in the box. Even if you decide to leave the microphone on the headset, you can easily mute it with a switch located on the headphones.

The Rapoo VPRO VH150 is priced at an MRP of Rs 2,999 which is a good price for a gaming headset in this category. However, I haven’t tested this specific set and hence cannot comment on its performance. Speaking of the price, here is something interesting that I noticed. Rapoo announced these headphones today, however, as per a price comparison tool BuyHatke, these have been available on Flipkart since January 8 (Screenshot below).

And apparently as per the graph, the headphones were available for Rs 1,499 from January 21 – 23. As of now, the headphones are selling on Flipkart for Rs 1,799.

If you are looking for alternatives for this product under Rs 3,000 which is the MRP of this headset, you can consider the following options – Kotion Each, Asus Cerberus, Marvo Scorpion, Steel Series 61023 3H v2 and HyperX Cloud Drone. Out of these, I own the Kotion Each which is one of the best gaming headsets in this price range.
