Oppo reportedly will be launching three new variants of the Oppo F5 smartphone. As per the report, the three variants will be named, the Oppo F5, Oppo F5 6GB, and Oppo F5 Youth are currently available for pre-orders in Thailand and might be unveiled at the October 26 event the company is holding in the Philippines. A poster of the devices has leaked by OppoClub based in Thailand, showcasing all the key features of the smartphones.
As per the poster that was leaked, the three smartphones will be aimed towards enhancing the selfie experience for the customers and will come with the tagline “Capture the real you.” Interestingly, it is being said that the devices will also come with AI-based tweaks which will help enhance self-portrait shots.
The Oppo F5 and the F5 6GB variants seem to come with a dual camera sensor up front. However, the F5 Youth which might be the budget option seems to come with a single front-facing camera. It can also be seen in the leaked poster, that the F5 will sport minimal-bezels. It is also rumoured that the F5 and the F5 6GB will sport a 6-inch full HD+ display and will come with 4GB RAM and 6GB of RAM respectively.
The Oppo F5 and the F5 6GB might come with a 20-megapixel primary camera along with an LED flash. Whereas, the F5 Youth might feature a 16-megapixel camera. Additionally, all the three smartphones may come with a fingerprint scanner on the back and software-based facial unlock.
The company is going to host an event in India on November 2 just after the October 26 launch event in the Philippines, which might indicate the company launching the three devices in India also.
