Limited red colour edition of selfie-focused Oppo F3 smartphone has been announced in Vietnam, which is available to preorder for 6,990,000 Vietnamese Dong, converting to roughly Rs 19,635. The pre-order closes next week on August 11. Design-wise, the new limited red colour edition of Oppo F3 is no different. However, looking at the press shots, it has gold coloured antenna lines running across the rear.
Specs-wise, it sports a 5.5-inch 1080p screen featuring Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection layered on top. It carries a fingerprint scanner embedded the home button. Powering the device is an octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T SoC bundled with Mali-T860 GPU for graphics. It embraces 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. Unfortunately, it still runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Oppo’s ColorOS 3.0 skin on top.
It is a dual-SIM smartphone that supports 4G VoLTE and comes with a 3,200mAh battery packed under the hood. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, micro-USB port and 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 153.3 × 75.2 ×7.3 mm and weighs 153 grams. New limited red colour aside, Oppo F3 is available in three options: Black, Gold, and Rose Gold.
Oppo F3 is the company’s second dual-front camera smartphone after Oppo F3 Plus. Extending more onto the same, it houses a 16-megapixel 1.3-inch sensor with f/2.0 aperture alongside an 8-megapixel sensor up front. The rear consists of a 13-megapixel shooter with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and LED flash.
Recently, a new Rose Gold variant of Oppo F3 launched in India which is available to purchase exclusively via Flipkart for Rs 19,990.
