While OnePlus is putting all its effort for its big flagship this year, the company has decided to retire its previous flagship killer.

The company has issued a final call for the popular OnePlus 3T and said that the phone has reached the end of its ‘production life’. The OnePlus 3T was launched in November and just within six months it became a flamboyant in the flagship arena.

A lot has happened since we launched the OnePlus 3T back in November of last year. We were thrilled by the response our device received both in the media, and by our users around the world. It’s been far and away our most successful device yet, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together. Even today, the OnePlus 3T ranks among the best smartphones available with its fluid operating system, powerful hardware, and solid build,” OnePlus shared in its official community forum.

Apparently, there are still a few units left in the stock and if users want to purchase this premium device they can grab one from oneplusstore.in.

OnePlus in its forum wrote, “This is the last call to buy the OnePlus 3T before stock runs out. Only a few devices are left in our warehouse, so purchase yours before time runs out.

Regarding the future software updates for the OnePlus 3T or the OnePlus 3, the company has assured that the users will continue receiving support and updates.

Steven G on the community forum said, “Since merging our software platforms, we’ve been able to push out more consistent software updates simultaneously for the OnePlus 3 and 3T. Thanks to our Beta Program, we’ve also been able to implement more of your feedback, which has really helped improve the quality of our updates. And we’d like to keep it that way! So, rest assured that we’ll continue to bring more software updates and support to the OnePlus 3 and 3T.”

With this move it seems OnePlus want its entire focus on the manufacturing of its next flagship OnePlus 5 which will be unveiled this summer. The company has already teased the possible colour options of the new smartphone with CEO Pete Lau recently confirming that the phone would carry the next-generation Snapdragon 835 SoC (system-on-chip). OnePlus has also partnered with DXO to offer enhanced photography experience to its users.
