Nubia, on Tuesday, launched its mid-range smartphone the Z17 Mini in India. Priced at Rs. 19,999, the phone will be available through, starting June 12, 2017. The phone is already up for registration on their official website. The smartphone will be available in black gold colour option.

The Z17 Mini is the successor to the Nubia Z11 Mini which was launched in India last year. This smartphone was launched in China in April, thus making it the first smartphone having a dual camera setup from Nubia.

This smartphone is equipped with a 13-megapixel dual camera setup from Sony on the back, and the front comes with a 16-megapixel camera. The primary cameras from Sony are combined with Sony full-light MONO sensor and RGB sensor.

As for the specifications, the Z17 Mini features a 5.2-inch full-HD display and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 processor. It packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage expandable up to 200GB via a microSD card. Initially when the Z17 Mini was announced it was showcased with 6GB RAM, instead of 4GB RAM which has been launched in India.

The Nubia Z17 Mini comes with a 2,950mAh non-removable battery, which Nubia claims will be able to power the smartphone for 2 consecutive days.

The Z17 Mini runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Nubia UI 4.0 skin layered on top. Sensors on the board include – Electronic compass, G-sensor, Light sensor, Proximity sensor, and Gyro-sensor.

As far as connectivity goes, the smartphone comes with an 802.11 b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, support for 5GHz and 2.4GHz and much more.

Nubia also had launched the Z17 in Beijing, China last week featuring a similar camera setup with upgraded hardware.
