OnePlus 5 Mint Gold

The OnePlus 5 currently comes in Midnight Black and Slate Grey colour variants and it is being expected the new colour will be Mint Gold. However, it is entirely possible that OnePlus might change the colour name when they launch it. We are yet to receive any confirmation as to what will the new colour be, what it would look like, or which storage variant will be paired with it. Currently, we only know that OnePlus has another variant of the OnePlus 5 which it will debut soon.

OnePlus had done something similar with the OnePlus 3T, which launched in two colour variants; Gunmetal Grey and Soft Gold. The 128GB storage version was not available in the gold colour. Later, the company launched a very limited version of the smartphone with Collette branding, followed by a midnight black version which lacked the iconic fashion house’s branding. There had been rumours around the time of the launch of the OnePlus 5 that it would launch in more colour variants, and it is entirely possible that OnePlus wants to spread out the release of newer colours over the months.
