Motorola has expanded its Moto X4 line-up in India by launching the new Moto X4 6GB RAM variant. Most of the specifications remain the same with the exceptions of RAM, internal storage and operating system.

It will be sold exclusively via Flipkart and Moto Hub stores across India at a price of Rs 24,999 in both, the Super Black and the Sterling Blue colour variants starting January 31, 11:59 PM IST. Additionally, Flipkart will be bundling the new Moto X4 6GB RAM variant along with several launch offers.

Flipkart will be offering a flat Rs 1,500 discount with the new Moto X4 when ordered through ICICI bank credit cards and an exchange bonus of up to Rs 3,000. Additionally, the company will also offer No cost EMI’s on the purchase of the device. This doesn’t end here, Vodafone users will also be getting up to 490GB of free 4G data with recharge of Rs 199. These launch offers will be valid until February 2 on Flipkart.

As for the specifications, the new Moto X4 sports a 5.2-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz. All of this is backed by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery which the company claims can provide a mixed usage battery time of 24 hours. Additionally, the device also comes with IP68 dust and water resistance rating.

As for the camera, the Moto X4 sports a dual camera setup on the back (12 megapixel + 8-megapixel). On the front, it features a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies. The new variant comes with 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage expandable using a MicroSD card and Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

Competition is not too stiff around the 25K price bracket at this moment. But it will have the Honor 8 Pro selling for Rs 1000 higher to contend with. The Honor phone is known for its superior camera and has twice the internal storage but it lacks the latest OS at the moment.
