Motorola is expected to launch a bunch of smartphones this year. While the most affordable Moto C and Moto Z2 Play already marked its way in certain markets, including India, the company’s yet-to-be announced Moto X4 is said to unveil this month.
According to the information leaked on Twitter by Andri Yatim, the smartphone is said to launch on June 30. The ‘relatively new tipster’ also said that the new Moto X4 will feature a glass design and boast a dual camera setup. The phone is tipped to come with IP68 certification as well. Other information revealed by the tipster reiterates the previous rumours that claim the Moto X4 will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest mid-range processor Snapdragon 660. Further, the tweet reveals that the phone will pack a 3800mAh battery and come with Quick Charge 3.0. The handset will have a USB-Type C port for charging.

As for the camera, the Moto X4 is tipped to sport a dual camera setup comprising 13-megapixel sensors each with aperture f/1.7 and f/2.2 respectively. The front camera on the phone is said to accommodate an LED flash. Yatim said that the phone will ship in two storage variants- 4GB RAM/32GB inbuilt storage and 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage. The storage will be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD slot. The device will support NFC and Touch ID.
Besides the specifications, Yatim recently cited that the Moto X4 will launch with a price tag of Rs. 20,999 in India.

Earlier reports have suggested that the Moto X4 will feature a 5.2-inch full HD (1080×1920 resolution) display. The phone is said to boast SmartCam and 3D glass and feature AI integration.
Motorola has sent out press invites for a smartphone launch which is scheduled to take place in Brazil next week on June 21. The company however, has not shared any detail regarding which phone they are about unwrap at the Brazil launch event.
