Moto M is now available in a new colour variant. Lenovo on Friday announced that the company will be releasing a Grey variant of the Moto M smartphone in India. The phone will go on sale exclusively on e-retail Flipkart starting from February 6, 12pm IST.
Moto M’s Gold and Silver colour variants were launched by the company in December last year. The smartphone currently retails in 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM/64GB onboard storage at Rs. 15, 999 and Rs. 17,999 respectively. Flipkart is running a special exchange offer wherein the buyer can exchange its old smartphone for the new Moto M and get up to INR 15,000 off. EMI options are also available starting at INR 873/month.
Sheathed with metal design, Moto M features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS display. Under the hood, phone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek Helio P15 processor clocked at 2.2GHz. Moto M comes with microSD support (expandable up to 128GB). The phone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
In terms of optics, the Moto M sports a 16megapixel camera module on the rear panel with phase detection autofocus (PDAF), CCT dual LED flash, face detection, auto-HDR and Panorama. The front camera comes with 8-megapixel sensor and Beautification mode for selfies. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the back side of the device.
The Moto M is packed with 3,050mAh battery and supports fast-charging. It also has water-repellant nano-coating to protect the phone from spills and splashes. Connectivity options on the phone include- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It is a dual-SIM smartphone.
Moto M measures 151.35 x 75.35 x 7.85mm and weighs 165 grams. It also features Dolby Atmos audio enhancement.
