Amazon is offering an exclusive deal on the LG G6 to its Amazon Prime customers. The company will let Amazon Prime subscribers pick up LG’s flagship at a discount of up to Rs. 16,000. Not only is the discount available only to Amazon Prime subscribers, it is also a lightning deal that is, it is only available for at most 10 hours as of writing this story.
Amazon Prime members can purchase the smartphone at a price for as low as Rs. 38,990 and the discount is available on both Ice Platinum and Astro Black colour variant. Other than the discount, Amazon India is also offering customers the interest amount back (in case they choose the EMI on credit card), along with offering 100GB of free 4G data to Reliance Jio customers.
To refresh, LG’s latest flagship was launched in India in April this year. The company announced the LG G6 with a price tag of Rs. 51,990. The smartphone features a 5.7-inch Quad-HD+ (1440 x 2880 pixels) ‘full-vision’ LCD display with 18:9 aspect ratio which is said to be the highlight of the smartphone. The phone also comes with a ‘Zoom mode’ that can convert any content to 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the LG G6 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 821 processor paired with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It comes in two storage options 32GB and 64GB.

The smartphone features a dual 13-megapixel rear camera setup that uses 71-degree to 125-degree wide-angle lens and OIS 2.0. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel sensor with 100-degree wide-angle lens. The fingerprint sensor on the device sits on the back panel of the phone, right below the camera module.
The LG G6 is backed by a non-removable 3300mAh battery and supports Quick Charge 3.0 for fast charging with USB Type-C port. The phone runs Android 7.1 Nougat out-of-the-box and integrates ‘Google Assistant’. In addition, the handset features a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC (digital to analogue converter) for enhanced audio playback and IP68 water and dust resistance as well.
