Lenovo has announced that they are releasing an upgraded version of the Vibe K5 Note. This version will come with extra storage and more RAM. The Vibe K5 Note currently has 3GB/4GB RAM with 32GB inbuilt storage, however, he new version will ship with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. In case, yoúre wondering, the higher spec’d version is going on sale starting from Tuesday, exclusively on Flipkart. The upgraded Lenovo K5 note is priced at Rs 13,499 and comes in Gold, Silver, and Dark Grey colours.

 

Lenovo has also announced that the existing version of the Vibe K5 Note which comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal memory will now be priced at Rs 12,499, down from Rs 13,499. The Vibe K5 Note was launched in India in 3GB and 4GB variants.

 

The Vibe K5 Note features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It runs on a MediaTek Helio P10 chip, which is a 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz, paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal memory. In the imaging department, the primary camera is a 13-megapixel shooter with PDAF and an 8-megapixel front facing camera. The phone also packs a3,500mAh battery so that the phone can last you as long as you need on a single charge. Additionally, the Lenovo Vibe K5 features a fingerprint scanner, Dolby Atmos-powered speakers and microSD card support (up to 128GB). The phone runs Android 6.0 with Lenovo’s own Vibe UI skin on top. The phone supports 4G/LTE and will permit VoLTE on your reliance JIO sim.

 

Currently, the Lenovo Vibe K5 is available in two variants, 3GB and 4GB RAM both with 32GB storage. The new SKU is great for anyone who wanted more on-board storage without having to deal with the hassle of microSD cards. The fact that Lenovo’s also dropped the price of the existing 4GB/32GB storage model shows that Lenovo really cares about its customers and wants them to have as much value for money as possible.
