Earlier this month Lenovo launched the Lenovo K8 Note in India for a price starting at Rs. 12,999. The K-series smartphone went on sale on August 18, and the company claims that the handset went out of stock during the first sale in just 8 minutes. Lenovo has now set off second sale for the K8 Note that will kick off on August 25 i.e., today starting 12 PM via Amazon India.
The Lenovo K8 Note 3GB RAM+32GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 12,999, while the 4GB RAM+64GB storage model comes for a price of Rs. 13,999. For those interested customers they can click on the ‘Notify Me’ button on Amazon website to get notification on the availability of the smartphone.
Notably, the K8 Note is the first device from Lenovo’s smartphone inventory that brings stock Android experience. Specifications wise, the Lenovo K8 Note features a full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio X23 deca-core processor paired with either 3GB RAM/32GB native storage or 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage. The phone also has a dedicated slot for further storage expansion via a microSD card. It runs on Google’s Android 7.1.1 OS with its stock configuration. The Lenovo K8 Note boasts Dolby Atmos, and the company claims to have included a music key due to the sound being extremely good. The dedicated convenience key can also be mapped to any other feature or an app.
As for the optics, the Lenovo K8 Note sports a dual camera setup with a 13-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor to provide a better user experience. At the front, it has a 13-megapixel sensor along with a front LED flash. The front camera offers Pro Mode to tweak a few settings. The phone is built with series 5000 Aluminium.
As for the powerhouse, the K8 Note is backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery along with support for a 15W charger. Connectivity options include dual SIM card support, 4G VoLTE support, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. The device will come in two colour variants, Fine Gold and Venom Black.
