Lenovo from today has put up its Lenovo K8 Note on an open sale exclusively on Amazon India. Now anyone who wants to buy a Lenovo K8 Note doesn’t have to first register on Amazon and then wait for the sale to go live to grab one before the sale ends. Lenovo had launched the K8 Note in India on August 9 after which it went on sale and was a huge hit for the company. The company launched two variants of the smartphone – 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage for Rs. 12,999 and Rs. 13,999 respectively. During the first flash sale of the smartphone, the company claims to have sold out the smartphone within eight minutes of it going live. Amazon previously has sent a press release stating that they had received around seven lakh pre-registrations before the first flash sale.


The Lenovo K8 Note sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 2.5D curved gorilla glass protection. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio X23 processor. It comes with a dual camera setup on the back with a 13-megapixel sensor paired with a 5-megapixel sensor. On the front, the device features a 13-megapixel selfie camera along with a selfie flash. All of this is backed by a 4,000mAh battery. The device also comes with a water-resistant coating which will protect it from minor accidental spills and splashes.

The Lenovo K8 Note comes running on Google’s Android 7.1 operating system which runs on its stock configuration and there is no additional skin on it, the company has promised that it will soon update the device to Android 8.0 Oreo. As per the specifications, the Lenovo K8 Note seems like a good smartphone, however, we can’t recommend it until we are able to review the device.
