The domestic handset maker Lava has launched four smartphones under its Z series in India that include- the Z60, Z70, Z80 and Z90. The company claims that the new Z series handsets are designed in-house and manufactured locally in India. The four smartphones tags in company’s all-new Money Back offer. As per this offer, consumers will get their money back in case they don’t like any of the devices within 30 days of use. The offer is applicable from October 1 to December 31.

Coming to specifications, the Lava Z60 is the most affordable of the lot announced by the company. The phone features a 5-inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It offers 16GB internal storage and packs a 2500mAh battery. The device sports a 5MP front and rear camera with flash support on both sides and include dual bokeh effect. The phone comes for a price of Rs. 5,500.

The Lava Z70 is second affordable handset from the new Z line-up of smartphones. The phone features a 5-inch in-cell and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB native storage with expandable storage support. The smartphone carries an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. Both camera sensors have a flash module. Like the Z60 it packs a 2500mAh battery. The Lava Z70 has rear-mounted fingerprint sensor placed below the back camera. The smartphone has been priced at Rs. 8,000.

The Lava Z80 meanwhile has dual-SIM support and sports a 5-inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The phone comes with 16GB native storage with support for expandable storage. The phone has similar battery capacity like the Z60 and Z70. In terms of optics, it features an 8MP camera with LED flash. Up front, it gets a 5MP camera with flash support. The phone has a piano black finish designed back panel and the fingerprint sensor is embedded right below the camera. The handset is priced at Rs. 9,000.

The Lava Z90 is the premium and most expensive among the four models that comes with a price tag of Rs. 10,750. The smartphone features 5.2-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display. It carries 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The phone sports dual rear camera and boasts metallic design. The Z90 has an 8MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP secondary sensor and LED flash. At the front, it has an 8MP camera with LED flash. It has a battery backup of 2750mAh battery and support dual-SIM.

All the four Z-series smartphones have Google Android Nougat OS onboard and come pre-loaded with Microsoft’s Swiftkey Keyboard app. All new Lava smartphones will be available at retail stores and major e-commerce websites.
