Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Red Special Edition went on pre-order in India last week. The limited edition variant is now getting discount in two major online retail store. Amazon India and Flipkart is offering a flat discount of Rs. 4,000 for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Red 128GB variant. The Special Red edition models now come for a price of Rs. 66,000 and Rs. 78,000 respectively.

Apart from the discount, Flipkart has listed an exchange offer of up to Rs. 16,000 depending on the condition of the unit exchanged. Amazon India is also giving exchange offer but discount will vary depending on the buyer’s delivery region. Notably, the discount and exchange offer is available only for the iPhone RED Special Edition 128GB variant, the 256GB model still holds the original retailing price of Rs. 80,000 for iPhone 7 Special RED edition and Rs. 92,000 for the iPhone 7 Plus Special RED Edition.

To remind, Apple announced the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Special Red edition last month. The iPhone 7 Red 128GB was launched at an official price of Rs. 70,000 while the iPhone 7 Plus Red 128GB version came with a price tag of Rs. 82,000. Essentially, Apple have had released several products under the special edition RED category in partnership with (RED) over the last ten years. The Special Edition Red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus has been released by the Cupertino tech company as a part of fund raising for AIDS research. Apart from the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Special RED Edition models Apple also announced a revamped iPhone SE with a bumped up storage of 32GB and 128GB, and a new iPad with an A9 chipset.
