The domestic handset maker, Intex has launched a budget smartphone under its Aqua series, the Intex Aqua Lions 2. The smartphone priced at just Rs. 4,599 offers 4G VoLTE support and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.

In terms of specifications, the phone features a 5-inch (480×854 pixel resolution) FWVGA TN display. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832 processor paired with Mali 400 GPU. It comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB onboard storage. Internal storage can be further expanded up to 32GB using microSD card.

As for imaging, the Intex Aqua Lions 2 features 5-megapixel front and rear camera. The primary camera also house an LED flash module. The device packs a 2400mAh battery and supports dual-SIM. Connectivity options on the phone include- 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone comes pre-loaded with some features like Tap N Buy for shopping, Xender for easy file sharing and Amazon Prime video.

The Intex Aqua Lions 2 comes in two colour options- Champagne Gold and Black. As for the availability, the handset can be purchased via offline stores.
