Chinese OEM Xiaomi is all set to launch their highly-anticipated Redmi Note 5 tomorrow in New Delhi, India. The company has already rolled out press invites for the event scheduled tomorrow. Last week, the source code obtained from Xiaomi’s official website confirmed the name Redmi Note 5, which is also being touted as the ‘All-rounder.’
Now based on whatever we know so far, the device is said to be a rebranded Redmi 5 Plus that was announced in China alongside Redmi 5 towards the end of last year. Xiaomi is also rumoured to unveil one more handset during the event tomorrow, but we’ll let you know more about it tomorrow.
As usual, Xiaomi is hosting a livestream for those who can’t grace the event with their physical presence tomorrow. Xiaomi is expected to host the livestream of tomorrow’s event on official Mi India website as well as YouTube. The company has hosted the event page on their official website.
Go to http://event.mi.com/in/giveme5. At the bottom of that page, you will be prompted to join the livestream. All you need to do is click the button “Interested.” You will then be asked to sign into your Mi account. Once done, you will be notified once the event starts tomorrow at 12 noon.
