Huawei has slashed the price of its mid-range smartphone Honor 6X. The smartphone now starts at Rs. 11,999 and will be available for purchase on e-retail site Amazon India from June 6.
The Honor 6X 32GB RAM model now retails at Rs. 11, 999 while the 64GB model will come for a cost of Rs. 13,999. The Honor 6X was initially launched at Rs. 12,999 and Rs. 15,999 for the 32GB and 64GB model respectively.

The Honor 6X will now be available at a more attractive price for all Amazon India customers from 6th June onwards, making the Honor 6X an even more attractive proposition. To refresh, the mid-range Honor 6X was launched in India early in January this year. The biggest highlight of Honor 6X is its dual rear camera setup. The two cameras combination at the back have a 12-megapixel PDAF sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. The fingerprint sensor sits below the camera module.
Upfront, the Honor 6X features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) IPS 2.5D curved glass display and an 8-megapixel front facing camera for selfies. It is powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 655 octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The handset supports microSD card expansion (up to 128GB).
The Honor 6X supports hybrid dual-SIM with 4G VoLTE. You can either use two SIM cards at one time or one SIM card and a microSD card. The handset measures 150.9 x 72.6 x 8.2mm and weighs 162 grams. It is backed by a 3340mAh Li-Ion battery with support for fast charging. The device comes in three colours options – Gold, Silver and Grey. The smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with company’s Emotion UI (EMUI) 4.1 skinned on top
