Google will announce this year’s flagship Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL on October 4. Now, in what could be the biggest Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL leak so far, Droid Life has revealed key information with regards to price details, storage variants in addition to purported press render ahead of the official launch. From what it looks like, both Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL has apparently retained the same design principles as their predecessors.
So, if the leak is to believe, one should not expect drastic design changes to be implemented on Google’s upcoming flagship phones. Both the phones are expected to flaunt the same old rounded fingerprint scanner on the rear as well as dual-tone back cover.
Needless to say, Pixel 2 XL will be bigger of the two manufactured by LG while Google Pixel 2, on the other hand, will be made by Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC. According to report, Google Pixel 2 XL is expected in a couple of storage options such as all-black variant and the combination of black and silver colour variant.
The leak further includes information related to storage options, indicating that the device in question will come in a couple of storage options: 64GB and 128GB. The report also suggests that 64GB storage variant could be priced at $849 (Rs 54,650) whereas 128GB storage is expected for $949 (Rs 61,090).
HTC, on the other hand, is expected to sell Pixel 2 starting $649 (Rs 41,780) which could probably go up to $749 (Rs 48,205).
