Gionee has introduced its mid-budget smartphone Gionee P7 in India at Rs.9,999. The smartphone features a 5inch HD display with soda lime protection. The device in-built features packs text recognition in pictures, GIF creator and intelligent photo crop.
Under the hood, the Gionee P7 runs on quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. Packed with a battery back-up of 2300mAh, the smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM paired with an internal storage variant of 16GB which is expandable upto 128GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Amigo 3.2 skin on top of it.
The device imaging segment house an 8megapixel camera on the rear with LED flash and the front panel carries a 5megapixel camera. The front camera also supports a screen flash mode that uses the phone’s display as a flash to click selfies. With VoLTE and CDMA support, its other features include Wifi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.

Available in White, Grey, and Latte Gold color, the smartphone is already set for sale online and in the mobile stores as well.
