    • The case maker has already put three different Galaxy Note 8 cases up for pre-order

Another day another Galaxy Note 8 leak. The latest leak comes courtesy of Olixar, the popular case maker that earlier revealed the ‘iPhone 7’, ‘Galaxy Note 7’ and even Samsung’s latest flagship Galaxy S8.

The newly revealed Olixar renders which gives a fair glimpse of how the device would look like, indicates that the Galaxy Note 8 will indeed come with dual rear camera. The device is seen featuring a horizontal stacked dual camera on the rear panel. Next to it, there is a dual-LED flash, heart rate sensor and fingerprint sensor. While previous rumours have suggested the fingerprint scanner on the Galaxy Note 8 to be integrate in to the display, if the renders are true it would rather be a disappointment for those expecting an on-screen fingerprint display on the new Galaxy device.

Moving on, the design of the new smartphone appears to be similar to the Galaxy S8. Apparently, the Bixby button will sit below the volume keys on the left edge of the phone. The screen on the Galaxy Note 8 will likely sport the same 18:5:9 aspect ratio as the one introduced in Samsung’s premium Galaxy S8 flagship line up and it will have nearly bezel-less design. The case maker has already put three different Galaxy Note 8 cases up for pre-order on retail partner MobileFun’s US and UK site, starting at $5.49 and €5.99 respectively.

Although the ‘case listings’ doesn’t reveal the screen size of Galaxy Note 8, reports suggest that the device could sport a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution. The smartphone will likely be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 8995 chipset or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor depending on the region. It is said to come with 6GBof RAM and 64GB internal storage. As for the camera, SamMobile’s insiders (via BGR) said that the Galaxy Note 8 camera will “offer better image quality and better background defocus (in portrait mode) than competing smartphones with similar dual-camera solutions.” Moreover, the device is expected to feature a dual camera setup with 13-megapixel lens each, as per the report. Reports also suggest that Samsung could likely integrate its new ISOCELL sub-brand, ISOCELL Dual on the Galaxy Note 8. The upcoming flagship is expected to unveil in either late August or early September.
