Asus is set to release new smartphones in its Zenfone 4 lineup on August 17. Today, the company’s online shopping portal for France listed two of the Zenfone 4 lineups smartphones, the Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie (ZD552KL) and the Selfie Pro (ZD553KL). The website had also listed the specifications and pricing for both devices. Interestingly, both the devices will come with a dual camera setup on the front for selfies.
The devices will feature a full metal body design along with a fingerprint sensor mounted up front. They will feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display. Both will come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of Internal Storage which is expandable via a microSD card. The devices will come with two SIM card slots and a separate slot for the microSD card. The phones will be backed by a 3,000mAh battery.
The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie will come with a 20-megapixel and an 8-megapixel camera combo up front. While the Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro will come with a 24-megapixel and 5-megapixel camera combo for selfies.
The Zenfone 4 Selfie will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC, while the Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 SoC. The Pro variant will also ship with an AMOLED panel rather than the regular IPS display which will be on the Zenfone 4 Selfie.
The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie will be priced at 300 Euros (roughly 22,478), and the Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro will cost 400 Euros (Roughly 29,974). It has also been previously reported that the Zenfone 4 lineup will have 5 variants and the highest one will be named the Asus Zenfone 4 Pro.
