Apple will be holding the highly anticipated iPhone event today at 10 AM PDT which translates to 10:30 PM IST. There have been various reports pointing towards the fact that the company will be launching a total of three smartphones. One of the smartphones will be the 10th-anniversary edition of the iPhone which is being rumoured to be named the iPhone 8, iPhone X or the iPhone Edition. How to watch the iPhone Livestream

Apple will be hosting the event today at its Steve Jobs theatre situated in its new Apple Park campus. To livestream the event the company will be using its own HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology, which it has been using to livestream all its events.

Apple iOS users
Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod users can use the Safari browser on their devices to watch the livestream. However, the users will have to use iOS 9.0 devices or above to be able to view the event. The event can be found on the company’s official website under the events tab.

Apple MacOS users
For the users who use a MacBook, iMac, or any other device running on MacOS X 10.11 or above can watch the event live in the Safari web browser on the company’s official website.

Apple TV users
Apple TV users can also watch the livestream, however, they would be required to have either the second, third generation or the fourth generation of the streaming box. The Apple TV users will also need to be on software version 6.2 or higher.

Microsoft Windows users
Windows users don’t need to worry as usual Apple this time also will be supporting the livestream on the Windows operating system. Windows operating system users can watch the livestream on the company’s official website on the events tab through the Microsoft Edge browser.
