Earlier this year, Sony unveiled the Sony XZ Premium at Mobile World Congress. Besides sporting the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, the phone also boasts of being the first in the world to have a 4K HDR display. The phone has a mirror finish that sets it apart from the other XZ smartphones we’ve seen, but the overall design language is still consistent with Sony’s signature Loop design. The phone has a 5.5 inch display and feels a little on the heftier side, but we’re going to dive into these details in our review. As the premium flagship from Sony, the Xperia XZ Premium does come with a “premium” price tag, and we find out in the next few pages whether the price matches the value the phone has to offer.
