OnePlus 3 was a strong contender from the Chinese company that matched the specification and performance of many flagships. However, six months from launch the phone is getting phased out in favour of the OnePlus 3T, a mildly upgraded version of the third flagship. Not a lot has changed, but the few things that have, seem to be important enough for OnePlus to break tradition and issue a mid-cycle update. While there are some who feel happy to have a OnePlus phone running Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 821 processor, many feel that the company could have waited a little longer to push out a true upgrade, or the fourth generation flagship killer.
